Project Marlow is a full design and build project, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our scope is to take the property back to brick, build downstairs extension. Re design the existing layout, re plum and wire, install air conditioning and underfloor heating. Install new bathrooms, re design the kitchen layout and build bespoke fitted joinery. Design and landscape the garden.
